and initiate the necessary steps.
1.2. Refund Processing:

We adhere to a strict refund timeline. Refunds will be processed within
three business days of receiving your cancellation request.

The original payment method used for the subscription or project will be
required for the refund (either by check or refund to the credit card).
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1. Unused Services:

If you cancel a subscription or project before utilizing any services, you
are eligible for a full refund.
- No exceptions will be made for partially used services.
2.2. Pro-Rated Refunds:

For subscriptions or projects with ongoing services, we calculate
pro-rated refunds based on the unused portion.
- The pro-rated amount will be determined by the cancellation date.
3. No-Refund Scenarios
3.1. Late Cancellations:

If you cancel after the project has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

We allocate resources and time based on confirmed projects, and late
cancellations disrupt our operations.
3.2. Customized Services:

Customized services, such as bespoke design work or personalized
development, are non-refundable.

These services involve significant upfront effort and cannot be reversed.
